History:   The Spring Valley congregation began in 1926, founded by a number of Mennonite families who migrated to this area from the midwest looking for new opportunities. The railroad built the first church which has since been rebuilt and remodeled. It has been difficult to keep our young people in the area because of lack of jobs but currently there has been a lot of growth in the area with many new people moving into the community.
