Description:   A community church composed mostly of non-ethnic Mennonites. There is a long tradition of caring and mutual support within the congregation, faithful neighborhood outreach and devoted service through MCC.

History:   The church began as a Sunday school outreach program in 1938. The Illinois Mission Board constructed a building on the present site. In the mid-60s a building program added a new sanctuary and additional Sunday school rooms. A two-story classroom addition was added in 2002. We are becoming A Welcoming Chuch as defined by MMA. Our members are involved in prayer chains, prayer partners, MCC projects and outreach programs.
