Description:   Living Water Community Church is a lively, diverse urban Mennonite congregation in Rogers Park on Chicago's north side. We are called to be a disciple-making church through worship, community and mission. We worship together on Sunday mornings and gather for prayer and discipling in cell groups throughout the week. Most members live within walking distance of one another in this very economically and racially diverse neighborhood, which enhances both mission and community life.

History:   Reba Place Church of Rogers Park began as a cluster of Reba Place Church, Evanston, Ill., in 1986. Comprised of members of the congregation who lived in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood, the cluster focused on urban ministry. On Sept. 10, 1995, the Rogers Park cluster became a worshiping congregation. In 1997 the congregation recognized and confirmed four members as elders. In June of 2000 we became a conference-approved congregation within the Illinois Mennonite Conference under our new name, Living Water Community Church.
